Specialty Plates support TAC and YEAH!

Did you know? You can purchase a specialty license plate! That’s right, a large portion of the purchase price of any and all specialty license plates sold by the state of Tennessee goes into the Tennessee Arts Commission’s fund from which they make grants to nonprofit arts organizations. And when sales are down, as they are now in this slower economy, then grant funds are down as well. So if you ever thought about getting a specialty license plate with your initials on it, or your favorite university’s logo on it, or one of those great plates that proclaims “I love the arts!”, go ahead, buy it now. You will be supporting not only our efforts but the efforts of all artists and arts centers in the state. You can order these specialty plates online here. There are over 100 specialty plates to choose from.
