Registration Form
Please complete the form below to register your child for classes. We must have this information on file before your child can participate in any of our after school programming. Forms are also available at Central Magnet School and download on the Classes page to be mailed in. You can pay your membership fees and tuition through paypal online, at the door or by mail.
